Our mission is to use music to educate communities, facilitate expression and exchange of views. 

This vision promotes equity and peace. Educates & unifies all communities, and facilitates the expression of ideas, exchange of views and experiences, and the  education of global society. We seek to embody these attributes in business and in our own lifestyles. We  strive to be a good corporate citizen and contribute positively to the global community. To achieve this, we have chosen an integrated approach.

Express

As a business goal and as a part of company culture we seek to facilitate and encourage expression. We offer apparel and accessories that will represent many points of view and spark conversations for change, and we will implement an interactive podcast series based on the items being released. In addition to the podcast, each correlating item for that series will include an informational fact. We are also available for custom orders for a variety of purposes.

Educate

 E3 Education exists to assist individuals, and businesses with various strategies applicable around the world and in a multitude of situations designed to assist them in excelling in their personal and professional lives, with our proprietary program, The Theory of Elevation. Each course can be customized to an individual or business.

Exchange

An approach to provide an opportunity for the community to express themselves about the products and services in addition to current events and exchange experiences and views to resolve the issues to move forward to a better future for society. The interactive aspect of the social media platforms and podcast are an integral part of the mission of the company; to facilitate the expression of ideas, exchange of views and experiences, and the education of global society.

In this capacity, I facilitate collaboration between aspiring artists, industry professionals, and stakeholders. I offer tailored insights into market trends, creative direction, and promotional strategies, guiding artists through the A&R process and overseeing project production. Through my work in both social impact and music, I aim to maximize artistic and commercial success, ultimately elevating the potential for positive change in society.
